RURAL JUSTICE PROJECT™

The Rural Justice Project™, headquartered in a storefront office in the ranching and farming town of Palmer, Texas, was established by the firm’s founder, Thomas M. Corea, and partners Kenneth Pete Trosclair and Jeremy R. Wilson.  The mission of the Rural Justice Project™ is to provide world-class legal representation to working poor victims.  The Rural Justice Project™ is unique in its purpose and cutting edge in its approach to the resolution of legal problems commonly affecting the lives of millions of Americans.

Having grown up in and established ties with rural America, the firm’s partners are committed to never forgetting those that will never be able to afford to hire the legal talent truly needed in order to right the wrongs systematically inflicted on many Americans in rural America on a daily basis.  The firm, when compensated for its work through the Rural Justice Project™, accepts representation based on a client’s ability to pay, rather than payment as a condition to representation.  Through the Rural Justice Project™, the firm represents those victimized by widespread and unscrupulous business practices that are specifically designed to exploit a lack of education or knowledge of many rural-dwelling Americans.  Such cases involve environmental contaminations, dangerous products and working conditions, and many forms of predatory activities in common consumer transactions.

The firm is committed to the fight to preserve rural life in America and, in doing so, helping those that need their help the most.
