NURSING HOME ABUSE AND NEGLECT

When it’s time for an elderly person to be in a nursing home, their loved ones look for a safe, well-staffed and comfortable home that is in complete compliance with all state and federal nursing home guidelines. It is assumed that the elderly parent, sibling or spouse will be well cared for.
