JEREMY R. WILSON, ESQ.

Jeremy Wilson

Mr. Wilson was born and raised in Mountain View, Arkansas.  This small town, nestled in the heart of the Ozark Mountains, would serve as a perfect background for Mr. Wilson’s future legal career.   His father’s work as a police officer and his mother’s position as the Clerk of Court for his small town left was little doubt in Mr. Wilson’s mind that he would pursue a career in the law.  In fact, Mr. Wilson has wanted to be a trial attorney for as long as he can remember.

After graduating high school, Mr. Wilson attended the University of Arkansas where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Mr. Wilson earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Arkansas, William H. Bowan School of Law in Little Rock where he graduated magma cum laude and ranked first in his class of 118 students. During law school, Mr. Wilson received numerous awards and honors, held positions as Research Editor and Associate Executive Editor of his school’s law review, and received West’s Outstanding Academic Achievement Award for three straight years.

Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Wilson accepted a two-year clerkship with the Honorable S. Arthur Spiegel, United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of Ohio.  This position would serve a wonderful extension of Mr. Wilson’s legal education, providing a strong emphasis on courtroom procedures and allowing Mr. Wilson to study the trial  techniques of numerous, highly regarded trial attorneys.

After his clerkship, Mr. Wilson was a trial lawyer for the Dallas litigation firm of Bickel & Brewer.  While at Bickel & Brewer, Mr. Wilson honed his litigation skills and worked on numerous complex business litigation cases.  Mr. Wilson soon felt the draw of the courtroom, however, and accepted a partnership in the firm of Bross, Bross, Thomas, Mays & Wilson, LLC in central Florida so that he could gain valuable trial experience.   While in Florida, Mr. Wilson represented numerous clients in a variety of civil and criminal cases.

Mr. Wilson returned to Dallas in August 2006, to join The Corea Firm, PLLC.  Mr. Wilson’s practice at The Corea Firm, PLLC consists exclusively of trial work.   From large, national class action lawsuits to local automobile accidents, Mr. Wilson focuses all of his time and energy on captivating juries and presenting his clients’ cases in the best light.

Mr. Wilson is married and he and his wife, Elizabeth live in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas.  When he is not in the courtroom, Mr. Wilson enjoys playing bass guitar in his rock n’ roll band and riding horses.

Mr. Wilson is admitted to the State Bars of Texas, Florida and Arkansas. Mr. Wilson is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas and the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
